I am a regular yatra customer, and very disappointed with the service of yatra I had booked a Hotel in Nagpur: YT5755962, which was sold out when we reached there, Mr. Rohit had promised the refund on that very day but it never happened.
Then as there was no alternative, and it was 11:30 night, we were made to accommodate in the cheap hotel called Rama, and for next day we were given the room in the given hotel.
When I asked to give me the refund of one night or to compensate since the low budget hotel was not that much worth, their so called COMPENSATION/ COMPLAINT deptt consultant GURPREET called me up, he did not know HOW TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER...
Please stay away from YATRA, they are cheaters....
