(1) They promised 40, 500 per person( for Dubai) at the time of booking. After getting advance increased to 42, 240/-.(Reason marketing person was forgot to tell few extra charges:)
(2) No one picked my phone once I paid advance. Before that I was getting one call every ten minutes.
(3) They sent all papers at 10 PM on 15th November and I had to leave for airport at 9 AM on 16th November. I could not even take print out. They even sent general instructions " does and don’t ", same 11 hours before departure.
(4) They don’t know what documents are needed for VISA. Did nothing for one month then Kept on asking new papers till last minute.

(6) They keep on blaming another department of the company. Like Prem did not inform you that xxx is extra but you have to pay. Finance department delayed it.
