Very disappointing service. Tried booking through credit card. The amount was debited but the reservation didn’t happen (technical fault they claim).
Next day they ask me to pay 2000 more if I want the booking confirmed! Like hell I will. Why should I pay for your mistake, yatra.com? So I asked them to cancel and refund.
Will book from elsewhere even if I have to pay more, but won’t pay these shady guys.
