I booked my return ticket from bangalore to delhi. For some reason I first delayed my flight and then ultimately went to cancel the tickets. I had cancelled my tickets through the airlines site directly.
My worst mistake. I should have let the seats go empty.Since then I have been fighting Yatra for my money. Whenever I call them they tell me it’ll only take two/three days more. But the money never comes.
They should either give me a definite date or keep their word.I am a regular traveller and I have always booked my tickets through them. But since they have cheated me I have stopped booking from their site. I suggest that you should do the same. Its probably better to book your tickets directly through the airlines.
Other than that why do they keep on adding your ’yatra’ miles. Since the two years that I have been using their services it has always been set to ’coming soon’ . a very smart way of fooling people
