Booking Travel on Internet! Sounded strange to me and guess I wud not been a travel portals audience but then I saw Mr Boman Irani, for a change dressed very nicely in a TV ad. posing for a website in the travel genre called yatra.com
Also thinking I cud get to meet some superstars I tried along with yatra, cleartrip.com
But wow, the way these guys have made to help book the services. Esp yatra where I loved the layout and the way these guys service you. I did book a flight to mumbai from my place delhi and got the best deals than anywhere else.
Hotel bookings, yes I don believe myself that I actually ended up buying a room from a travel website. But it was gr8! Esp the yatra call center girl who ensured that I was as comfortable as a employee of a 5 star would make it look!
Hats of yatra....i guess quality of reliance and cnbc shows in the way u deliever! I am not ur customer!
