I have been to Honeymoon trip to Bangkok & Phuket using yatra.com. They were really excellent in customizing the package and giving great prices for hotels & flights. Deepak Anand was the guy who has designed me the excellent package with lots of patience and a clear itinerary and at a best buy price. But coming to the trip, I guess they have tie up with TravelBullz vendor in Bangkok & Phuket.
I had a bad experience with Travel Bultz Banagkok while getting to airport while returning back to India. Actually for site seeing, they take us in Coach(6 or 8 seater) and we need to wait for the coach to come. It may be late approximately by 15 or 30 minutes based on your location for pickup. The worst thing I have experienced is they don’t wait for us if we are delayed by 5 minutes but we need to shut our mouths if they are delayed by 30 minutes.One more thing while returning from Bangkok to India, I was late by 5 minutes and the cab left which was booked by TravelBullz by lady called Nana. Even after multiple calls they haven’t received and at last they say you need to be on time sir and speak to your travel agent once u go back to India.
Cape Sienna was having a great sea view and can rate this hotel was excellent and good hospitality with great sea views. Overall, the poolside menu was really amazing for new foodies and the food was really mouthwatering.Over all the experience was good with yatra.com. I got quotations from makemytrip, travel yaari and didn’t find fair pricing from these. Pl refer expedia.com website for hotel reviews and they offer the least.
