Least responsive service provider. Doesn’t care about the customers, Booked flight tickets which the airlines cancelled, Got informed by the airlines that the full amount has been refunded to the agent(yatra.com).
Nothing reflected on the yatra website, Tried following the instructions that were posted on the yatra website when faced with such situation. Their own instructions couldn’t be followed through. Got message that for that particular booking it cannot be done.
Wrote multiple mails registering the grievance. No response received. No customer support number published anywhere. The ones I found weren’t working.
Truly deplorable service. Leaves one who avails their service bitter and frustrated.
