We had booked a tour package from Yatra.com for Jaipur. First, they had promised a good 2 - 3 star hotel with at least basic facilities but they provided us a low grade hotel near railway station just to cut their transportation cost.
Then they didn’t even mention that our package deal included breakfast to the hotel management which costed us extra money and when we tried to contact the customer support of Yatra.com, then we were not able to contact them.
Yatra.com is the worst service provider and they just spoiled our trip. I don’t even understand that why they charge customers for the customer support. Please take action against these low grade service suppliers.
