Here there is one more sufferer of yatra.com... in the group of reviews I too want to put my experience when first and last time I booked ticket of Air - Deccan through yatra.. I was planning a journey for bangalore..was searching tickets just 2 days before my planned journey ..i found a ticket of Deccan with pretty good fare..please note that, ticket was AVAILABLE...immediately I proceed for booking...then after checking all details payment was confirmed/settled then I got a message saying that... we regret that ticket is not confirmed.. ticket which were shown as available initially became not confirmed within process of 2 min... then after calling n-number of times to the Contact-Us number provided on site.. one guy told me that 100% money would be refunded with in 7 working days..
After wait of 15 days and continuously calling the call center I got the refund which is 300 bugs less then the booking amount.. again after enquiring ab this... I was informed that airlines has deducted the amount.. this thing was bit surprising for me that , if ticket itself is not confirmed then how airlines deducted the amount..usually cancellation charges are deducted , if ticket confirmed ... finally I enquired this matter from airlines..there I got a answer as "M’am please from next time onwards book a ticket or check availability before booking from airlines site.. if such matter happens its not a responsibility of airlines"
one more interesting this is u will find a available single connecting option for those destinations also where no connecting flights or direct flights are available..is’t it amazing..i dont know how they manage to do this
