Very very worst experience I have, after purchasing the indian airlines ticket from yatra.com. On 14 Dec I had purchased a ticket of indian airline from Mumbai to Kolkata and while purchasing I had given my home address and mobile number for door delivery of ticket. But due to worst negligence of yatra team, I didnt recieved the ticket on time, later on they sent one mail regarding that your mobile is unreachable and given address is not correct.
On Mumbai airport on 19 Dec 2006 airport authority didn’t give the boarding pass on showing the e-ticket of yatra.com, they were saying that paper ticket is already issued by yatra.com please bring that one. And atlast I had to purchased the same ticket with same ammount 4655 Rs. When I explain all these things to yatra.com and claim for refund of old ticket then they said that send your new ticket, we will rembursed the whole amount, accordingly I have sended the new ticket to gurgaon at their given address and they refund only Rs 775.
Now tell me whether this is fair ? also whenever you will call the customer care number of yatra.com they will take more than 15 minutes time to retrive the details of your status of booking, very speedy service. Now I am going to consumer court to file a case against yatra.com. I will try my level best to screw them....
And I always suggest to go for other website for fair booking and service............I want to show you the conversation between me and yatra.com through e-mails, but here no facility is there to upload any *.doc or *.txt file, anyway trust is trust either you do or not, totally depends on you. BUT BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE WHILE USING YOUR CREDIT CARDS, ONCE MONEY TRANSFERED, 0% HOPE THAT IT WILL COME 100%.
