Bad Customer service

I booked an airline paying completely Via my debit card. the complete payment was deducted from my account and I was also sent an email saying that the transaction is confirmed. But the email says that the ticket has not yet been confirmed. and they will get back to me in 3 hours. and if they do not, I should call customer care. Now I am calling customer care - there is no option to speak to a human - and the computer just wouldn’t take my reference number ! says it does not exist in their record.


The prices on tickets go up tomorrow. But since my money is stuck with them. I can’t even book with some other provider. I Promise I will never use yatra again ! Friends, take this lesson before it happens to you !!! There are much better providers in the market.
