I tried using yatra.com for first time. Registered on site, created a new login. Tried to book flight tickets online. But the online transaction failed. Booking confirmation page did not load but my money got debited. When contact their call center they told me that money will be refunded in 10 to 12 days. I cant understand my account is showing a debit of yatra.com booking reference number then what on earth take them 10 to 12 working days to find out a single debit of customer whose booking is not confirmed because of technical fault for their website. They are not ready to accept the fact that this is the technical fault at their end. And were asking me the statement in PDF format. I dont understand how can a customer will generate the PDF format of a statement of same date transaction. who is yatras product manager. must be an extra smart guy.
Suggest beware of yatra.
