Hi, I have booked a hotel in Manali on 2nd December 2017 through yatra.com. Whenever I called to the hotel on 22nd December then I comes to know, Yatra.com com not booked the property. Where 23rd December is the check-in date. Then suddenly I called to yatra.com customer care service. They told me your booking is not confirmed due to some reason and also told it will be booked in the evening. In the evening when I called to customer care service, they checked and told your booking is not confirmed and you will get refund for the same. So how can we trust this fruid company. Really very bad experience on yatra.com. Please don’t book hotels through Yatra.com.
