Yatra.com the biggest fraud company. if anyone is reading this review and you planning to go on a trip through yatra then stop their itself. they are not worth it even if they say that they will.
this is my experience with Yatra.com. I priced and selected 4 tickets.
A sad and dangerous experience I had booked a comprehensive Kerala package for my parents with booking id- Yh1984495 from yatra.com. The nightmarish experience which my parents faced has shaken my faith in these online travel portals and especially yatra.com.
Following are some of the issues they faced.
the first blunder by yatra.com happened when on their landing at Kochi airport, 2 drivers approached by parents and none of them had a clue that who will actually be providing cab service of yatra.com to resolve this issue. Meanwhile, for approximately 20min, my parents were stranded outside the airport.
The package selected by me also include 1 day trip on a houseboat at Alleppey. In an afternoon that day, I received a call from my parents and was shocked to know that there were ants(INSECTS) in their lunch. This was not even gross negligence; this was a case of dangerous behavior on part of the yatra.
Please note that this was once in the lifetime Kerala trip for my parents and yatra.com
this has been a big mistake on my part to engage Yatra.com service and will advise people to do through diligence before committing to any package from Yatra.com.
