Hello Friends,

I booked tickets from Mumbai to Delhi Round trip by yatra.com but when you select round trip there is a problem in yatra website when you select one flight for going and sort data for come back. The previous selection changed. And once you select flight for going and you select return flight. It’s shows wrong flight. I show this problem to yatra customer support and they not accepting their fault and just hold my phone for more then half an hour and not give proper solution and because of their mistakes I have to pay Ts. 7000. Yatra.com have service like hell. And customer support are liar.

Steps to find mistakes:

1. Select Round trip

   
   




2. search flight

   
   




3. Select Airlines

   
   




4. Select first journey like From Mumbai to Delhi( I select 3rd flight in list)

   
   




5. Sort data in return journey like(Delhi to Mumbai)

   
   




6. Select return journey flight

   
   




7. Press Book now and you can see that first journey flight changed

   
   

So this unacceptable mistake is not accepting by their customer support.
