I HV booked my holidays to manali from 13 June 2018 to 16 june 2018 with Yatra.com with booking id YH4276826.
I strongly recommend all of you" not to book holiday with Yatra.com".
Don’t believe on their travel expert advice, the take huge money for best services but provide you third class service.
They do no provide what they commit. Yatra.com take full booking amount in advance and after that they handover you to local, unprofessional travel agent,
We are 4 adult and 2 kids, at the time of booking Yatra committed and charged to us to provide Innova car for local sightseeing in Manali and pick up and drop to hotel, after reaching in Manali they refused to provide Innova, sent a khatara TATA sumo.
We wasted our time to argue over phone, their local partner said we don’t have in written.

Hotel booking me bhi inke travel expert misguided Kiya, booking ke time bola hotel Sarthak resort mall road se 2-3 KM h, lekin hotel Manali se ekdum bahar 10 km door h, wnha koi taxi Wala bhi nhi Jana chahta, wnha hotel me pde rehne k alwa koi option nhi h, kyuki wnha aspass kuch nhi h.
3 star hotel ka charge Kiya lekin 3? nhi h.
Never book Sarthak resort, never book with yatra, never trust on what they commit.
Booking se pehle hi Google pe hotel distance check KR Lena.
Sarthak resort me paid basis dinner and lunch, breakfast na le, poor quality, over priced.
