#Yatra #airasiaindia both are fraud they mention their flight tickets are refundable u end up paying more but when u wish to cancel or reschedule ur ticket u would not get through their call centre.they have some stupid Chatbots which end up confusing you but will not allow u to cancel your tickets. Our pnr no was 3103210030594 we couldn’t board our flight as I had fever and we were not allowed to cancel or reschedule our tickets. #yatra #Airasia you suck. The travel industry is up to looting you.we lost 15000 because Yatra.com and airasia cheated us.
