I have booked a ticket Bangalore to Vapi and it was in waiting list for 3 may 2011. I received a bank confirmation for my payment and confirmation from yatra of payment confirmation. But 1 month back when I opened to check the status - it shows "your booking was unsuccessful. the payment charged will be refunded in a few days". NO INFORMATION FROM YATRA.COM. I TRIED THEIR phone and not getting through. Where is my booking and where is my money gone. No intimation from Yatra.com.
I kept calling them THEY SAY for railway booking they do not have a helpline number but for online railway booking they do have a facility where the money comes in.
Online bookings are done in 5 minutes but if you want your money back 40 days now and still counting.
They cheat in a royal way - I think accepted to the world by fools like me.
Yatra do not do this - after all reputation is also a thing, Yaar! If you want money ask in a decent way - not show baazi way.
