With reference to booking id: 1312715247916 for stay at Sahara Star Mumbai, it was mentioned to collect invoice at the venue, but hotel manager denied, saying to collect it from Yatra.com
GST details were mentioned by us at booking and payment time, but intentionally Yatra.com has altered last but one Alphabet in our GST no.
Repeated e-mails to Ms. Rajani Sharma failed to get it corrected, inspite of it being their error.
Invoice with wrong GST no. is of no use to us.
THIS IS PURE CHEATING ON YATRA’s part.
