We booked a package for Maldives for a particular property (Paradise Island) in the Bangalore office. Before booking we specifically mentioned that we were interested ONLY in that property, pls confirm if available. Poonam from the Bangalore Regional; corporate office confirmed in email and now 1 day before departure they call & say the resort is completely booked. I’ve asked for an aplogy letter with full refund.
If not given, I will leave no stone unturned to make sure YATRA understands the value of commitment and that how strong the customers can be.
I am so sad that I refused the offer by Cox&Kings after YATRA confirmed the booking.
Anyone handled similar situation with YATRA?
