I booked return ticket via Yatra.com from BLR-RAIPUR, journey date 3rd March 2017. Due to sudden health issue had
to cancel that visit. Tried to cancel the ticket. Found that I am getting 0(ZERO) refund though the tickets were
REFUNDABLE. Utmost surprising thing was that while booking I paid 8652 and the total cancellation cost they are
showing as 11200.(Snapshot attached). I called yatra twice and they are asking me to do online, While cancelling
It shows the details as 0 refund so no point cancelling. I am afraid they may not ask me to pay addtional amount
for cancelling. Last night I tweeted to Indigo, Yatra and Jayant Sinha for help. Jayanth Sinha sir asked me to
raise my complaint in AIRSEWA, I did that but as YATRA.com is involeved so raised a complaint in consumer forum too. I have in writing from INdigo that they will refund 4467 but yatra is fooling the customer. I’ll add the snapsshots which itself justifies that how Yatra.com is looting the customer by ding malpractice. Infact will urge Indigo to support me in this as Yatra is spoiling INDIGO’s name too saying Airfare cancellation charge as 9000( more that ticket fare, just imagine the stupidity of Yatra)
