*Y are this bollywood actors signing up with this cheat companies. They can’t compete with other travelling websites and thus Suck the blood money of the public. I booked an international ticket for which I paid 50K. For some reasons I could not travel on the journey date.
So I asked the customer care to adjust with my ticket. Oh my god! they charged me with an extra 1 Lakh rupees to do adjustment with the existing ticket. A booked ticket is always one year valid. i.e if the person can not travel on the departure date He/she can use the ticket for a year.
Though it will be charged with some penalties not a Lakh. It has been 8 months I am still fighting with Yatra.com to refund my money as they could not adjust my ticket. Lot of complaints peered to yatra forrums, talking with the CSR manager, office manager in Bangalore. But all in Vain no one responded.
At last the CSR manager told that they will be refunding me the tax amount which was 7K. But now they don’t reply to me for that too. I do not know whether I will be refunded back the money or the YATRA DACOITS have already DIGESTED my MONEY!!!** Horrible Money Suckers!! its better to book tickets from other websites rather than Yatra...seriously they are cheaters.
