I am a doctor, busy but even then taking out some time because of yatra.com booked a tkt from del to chandigarh on 4th, after the money transfer step there was a BIG SORRY banner.
Then booked tickt from makemytrip and all went smooth there. Then started the trouble of getting my money back from yatra.com. Calling them: There is no toll free no.
Have to make an STD call, and call goes to IVR(interactive voice response, computer speaks. Giver no option to talk to a real person. Some how after 2-3 minutes u may get to talk to some one, put u on hold takes 10-12 minutes total everytime, means 15-20 rs.
But everytime they say for anther 4-5 days. No fault of me, except that I did not seen there rating at mouthsut before booking on yatra.com. U please dont get trapped in there ’JAAL’.( they offer lower price than others). Ultimately will go to consumer court ,
