When I got the voucher, it said I can redeem 3 vouchers in one bill. However, the website did not allow me to do that. As the flight prices were going up, I booked the ticket and raised a complaint through an e mail. It is now 4 days and no response. When you call their helpline, the call does not get picked for over 14 minutes each time.
