I usually book my bus tickets from yatra, com. bus service is good. but when it comes to yatra service I am not as satisfied as I should be.
recently I booked a ticket from delhi to kanpur. I wanted both ticket and invoice. I got the ticket but whenever I clicked on the button invoice. a window opens and it shows the message " currently we are updating our invoice service, please check again later.
I contacted them for invoice but again they sent me the ticket in which amount was not mentioned.
