Myself with my spouse, are on 6 days n 5 night tour to Bali from 29.07.2015 to 3.08.2015 conducted by YATRA.COM.
I am very much disappointed because of repetition of Places like Kintamani, Ulavattu(Monkey forest). The guide informed, that there will not be refund but the place will be shown repeatedly twice. Why should We visit the same places twice in the same trip. Instead you could have arranged for some other Interesting places like Jakarta etc., or water sports. which you people should suggest.
Even for food they suggested that it will be cheaper if we make our own arrangements, No not at all. For your kind information, No Indian hotels restaurants are near by this IBIS HOTEL where we are staying. We have to reach restaurants by Taxi only, ultimately the food(wherein I have to pay for Taxi to and fro charges from Hotel)is costly. For your convenience you have not provided lunch and dinner putting the customer in trouble.
My suggestion is think twice before booking on YATRA.COM avoid as for as possible this site for booking holiday packages.
