We have made a booking with reference 01041645301486 of Rs 26384/- and paid it in 2 parts Rs 20731 during making booking as per facility available on YATRA to pay in2 parts and Rs 5653 immediately within 10 minutes of making first payment.We got out ticket after making balance payment and talking to yatra executive.
We then received a message from yatra after 4 days to transfer Rs 5216/- more for this booking.How can YATRA increase the AIRLINE CHARGES after making booking .We have paid you full amount as per the booking .WHY DID THEY NOT INFORM US BEFORE ISSUING THE TICKET THE CHARGES HAVE INCREASED.WHY DID YATRA HELP DESK ASKED US TO TRANSFER RS 5653 ONLY AND THEN THEY WILL ISSUE THE TICKET.WHY DID THEY NOT TELL US THAT WE HAVE TO PAY 5653+5216.WHY DID THEY ISSUE US TICKET
YATRA CANT SURVIVE BY CHEATING LIKE THIS.THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING OUR EMAILS AND NOT GIVING ANY SATISFACTORY REPLY ON PHONE
THIS SITE IS OPENLY CHEATING CUSOMERS AND GIVING WARNING OF CANCELLING THE RESERVATIONS AFTER ISSUING TICKET IF WE DO NOT PAY THEM MORE
