My experience with this tour package of YATRA is horrible and pathetic.
This is really not done from your part yatra/prashant.
No tour guide, biggest problem is communication. Should have alloted someone who understands and speak at least little bit of English.
Cab driver was never on time.
Hotel staff at pattaya were too rude.
For 3 days, didn’t even changed the bed sheets also. Smallest of stain on pillow cover, they charged 100 baht just for cleaning. They were not allowing to check out.
Worst hotel service, worst than small hotels in india I must say.
On 9th JAN we were supposed to reach at our bankok hotel by 10.00 or max 11.00 am.
But we reached after 3.00 pm.
Wasted more than half day.
Wanted to go to cruise on 9th night itself but could not go coz late arrival at bankok hotel.
Trust me when I say this, I will never never using yatra Services again and same will be transmitted as Word of mouth advertisement.
