Hotel booking is not yet confirmed after 2 weeks

On 3rd Nov I called yatra customer care and ask for hotel room in ooty(The Willow Hill). So one of yatra.com employee(Reena Misra) told me hotel room was available only for yatra.com customer.(But on other site showing hotel’s room sold out.).


So after that I booked my hotel using yarta.com mobile app. when I called hotel on 5rd Nov, Hotel’s Manager told me room was already sold out on 2nd Nov itself how could yatra.com gave you room. Then again I called yatra.com customer care and ask for the same. Then they  told me we would find a alternative for you because hotel’s room was not available & it would take 24 hours.


Till today I am calling yatra.com customer for my hotel booking but they are always ask for 24 hour. I don’t when their 24 hour going to end. they not even bother about customer problem.


After one week those guy not even called me to give update regarding my compliant.
