If there were any options which will entitle me to give Yatra.com Negative markings then I would have loved to do that.
I booked Hotel Aditya Internation from Yatra Website and also got a Confirmation Voucher saying that my booking is confirmed at the hotel. Reference No was 11081450347 and Confirmation No was YATA0001560261. When I reached the Hotel and produced my Confirmation Voucher the Hotel Manager simply denied our Room Confirmation and told us that they got no confirmation from yatra . They also told us all sort of things why they stopped dealing with Yatra and that Yatra.com were cheats. Although after calling the Call Centre they admitted that it was a fault of Yatra and arranged for an alternate stay arrangement in another hotel, Thanks to Adil and Ritwika for their co-operation and also to Kolkata yatra office for sharing the number of Ritwika.
Just try to imagine the situation we were in at that moment. Having hoped for so much fun and spending so much money all our mood for holidaying went off the drains when we were faced with such embarrassment and inconvenience.
