Worthless company.very poor service.i booked a hotel through yatra.com, payment was also successful.when I asked at hotel for my room, hotel manager told"they didn’t get voucher from yatra.com n they cancelled my booking".i called to yatra but they failed to provide room. my sincere request don’t trust n never book trough yatra .com.
customer care service is very poor and person attending the doesn’t know any thing.
even they don’t have etiquette to apologize .they have very poor interaction and communication with hotel manage.r
