I totally disliked yatragenie travels. I downloaded the app from play store and I tried to book bus tickets from ujjain to mumbai and they showed no results found, afterwards I again tried and searched for ujjain to mumbai and then they showed two buses which demanded 750 rs for providing the service and then I booked the tickets but they did not provided me any tickets at all so I contacted their support service and after so many attemps they answered the call and after answering they did not answered to my questions properly. I faced a lot of problems during booking tickets and travelling through yatragenie so I recommend all not to book tickets from this app i.e. yatragenie.
