The ambiance.
The people who frequent this fine dining Michelin star Restaurant.
The Music
The Maitre-de.
Thank you, Mrs Divya Vora for recommending this place and cajoling me into heading here to make an otherwise mundane day into a cheerful memorable one.
Right from the usherer who despite no prior reservations made us feel welcome and plopped us protesting on to the mile long bar, not that we were complaining but being teetotalers we would stick out like a sore thumb alongside tipplers.
No sooner that we had politely declined all possible attractive cocktails and mocktail, were we smoothly escorted to a cosy 2 seater with a breathtaking view.
Barely had we made ourselves comfortable we were like transported into a different level of luxurious pampering hitherto unknown to us.
The gentleman who realised that we were unaccustomed to the place and the cuisine, offered his assistance and suggested an entree to kick start the evening.
A fried turnip cake along with crystal dumplings started the gastronomical trip with elan and simple melted in our mouth.
The hofan noodles with four style veg in mountain chilli sauce accompanied with mulshi springs satiated our appetite which was more than whetted by the courtesy and comfortable approach of the staff and service boy Bapuso Pol.
A plum cut Larissa closed out an experience par excellence.
Make this a must visit for those very special occasions that can deplete your pockets but will leave you happy for the choices you make in life.
