I had placed an order with yebhi.com on 6th Oct 2011 for a nokia handset. Its 13th Oct 2011 today and still havent received the order from yebhi.com. After 3 days of placing the order I have been chasing them to track the status and to my surprise it was still in "PO Generated" state i.e still not shipped from their end. Upon talking to their customer care rep on monday(10th Oct 2011) I was told that " please be assured it will be dispatched within 24-48 Hrs" so me being nice and patient waited for 2 days and again contacted them to discover that the order status was still the same and the customer rep again tried to convince  by sayin that he has sent a mail to the backend team regarding the same and some thing will be done "soon"( soon -- thats very vague and not a very specific time frame) so again asked him to give a specific time line to which a standard reply came - 24-48 hrs bla bla . next morning I called them up and the representative tried explaining me how their online business works.He said "first we have to get the product from the dealer to our warehouse and from there withing 48Hrs we ship the item to you and another 3-5 days for courier to deliver." Now my question was ..why the hell does the website mention it as "In stock" on the website and will be "shipped within 2 working days" (when you dont have the product in stock)?


DO YOU THINK THE CUSTOMER IS A FOOL? and your primary motto being " our top most priority customer , customer, customer" seems to be a JOKE. we are all educated smart customers and you can`t take us for a ride like this yebhi.com. Legal action should be taken against such website and should be blacklisted. Publishing false information on the website to lure custmomers( big time liars!!!) shows how un-professional these ppl are about their business and how pathetic their service is.


As a result of all this I personally do NOT trust yebhi.com and will never ever buy any product from them, nor do I recommend other sensible consumers to purchase from them unless you love to take the pains, torture yourself mentally and go crazy and lose your peace of mind.


Finally I Have asked them to cancel my order because they are not worth it and cannot stick to their commitments so its pointless to waste my precious time. shameless frauds!
