Recently I had bought a Reebok shoe from Yebhi.com vide order no.YBH540328 for Rs. 2399/-. I had applied a Promo code of Rs. 1200 which was applicable for any purchase more than Rs. 2000. For some reason I asked to cancel the order and issue GV for the same.
Now I see that they have issued a Promo code(PC) for Rs. 1199.98 which is applicable for any purchase above Rs. 2399 and had issued a GV for Rs. 1199.02. If I want the buy the same shoe with the above PC and GV, I am not able to do so. I wrote to customer care on their wall on face book who had arranged a call for resolving the issue. But the customer care told that If I had to purchase the same shoe also I can use only one either PC or GV.
This is nothing but sheer cheating.
