Update: Got call from Yebhi and have arranged for reverse pick-up of the products.
I will update as per progress.
Unlike people posting with single order positive experience, I have received 21 products from Yebhi and out of this 7 has to be returned for quality issues.The main issues are products looks old / scratched / used / returned / factory-rejects. have a main doubt whether Yebhi buys products in bulk which are rejects from Amazon.
The recent three orders from Yebhi turned out to be night-mare.

These two products seems to be used or repaired or factory rejected products.
I want these products to be replaced with new fresh ones.(No question asked 30 day return policy)
I made a complaint to their customer care and a Yebhi - person called Lokesh chauhan.
Im getting replies like send us the photos, even after telling them that we dont want them and these scratches cannot be identified easily in photos, they doesnt seem to understand it.
They are repeating that we send article in good condition, can I ask you the same question, send me the photo of the product with serial number and vendor/import information.
This is not the first time yebhi did it. As they have already played with me 7 times, I have decided to take legal proceedings against them.
Friends, those who written negative reviews here, then changed it to positive after getting their problem solved, this is not a right practice. Dont change the review, please let it as it is and add an update to it, like how it is solved, and did they compensate you for the inconvenience caused to you. This will help many users to decide on yebhi.
They boast themselves like they have 100% customer satisfaction from these reviews, whereas the truth is many have returned products for quality issues and got the refund. The main problem here is the quality issue of products.
Since you delete the part of review after getting refund, they mark the post as solved and pressurize you to change the option recommend to friend to yes. Pressurizing a customer to do so is un-ethical and they arent ashamed about it and they are least worried about the quality of the product they send.

I have included the photos of serial number of the returned products, so kindly note it, there is a chance that one of you may get it.
And please everyone mention the serial number of the returned products, so they cannot send it again.
I seriously advise people who need good fresh products not to buy from Yebhi.com.
Its my fate that my money is rotating with them in the form of GV that I opted first w/o thinking.
It will be fun, if some-one register an RTI request on their source of inventory and the number of returns they have a day.
Just have a enquiry with the reverse pick-up logistic partner of Yebhi, you will get the real shocking data on the number of reverse pick-up.
It is a known pattern, soon someone from Yebhi will come up and put a postive non-sense review with no-order information to counter this review!
