I had ordered some stuffs from Yebhi.com last week (oct1). while paying through netbanking , order got processed and the payment failed.
I notified yebhi.com immediately that money is debited from my account and payment status in yebhi was showing not paid.
I saw a ticket number sent to me. I was happy. After 2 days one more ticket. I had a call from the representative and issue got solved.
Inputs:
Please dont say "**You will get a response on this email in the next 48 hours.** " if you cant communicate in 48 hours.

I would appreciate their delivery for COD!! I got my product in 2 days flat!!!! Also tracking system is good in the site.
