Yebhi.com has a fraud design of functioning. they sell a product. If it goes thru, then fine and ok. If returned, they say u have used the product and it is dirty and refuse to take it back.
I purchased a trouser from yebhi.com. When delivered I found it has a design defect. The zipper is inappropriate. I expressed desire to return the trouser. they took back the trouser and promised refund of money into my yebhi account which cud be used to buy something else or taken cash back. Now once trouser is returned to them, their inspection report says - trouser is used and dirty and therefore will be returned to the customer and the customer must buy it. no refund of any kind.
This is a clear fraud from yebhi. They have put this ’used/dirty’ clause in their refund system, so that any conflicting/returned product cud be put under this category and refund be refused. I am a doctor of international repute (https://indiadiabetescare.blogspot.in/) and I would not lie for a 900 rupee trouser. I did not use the trouser, nor was it dirty when I returned it.
I have done shopping on various online websites. I have never seen such behavior. on all other websites its like...customer chooses a product and it is delivered and in case returned, money is refunded...no questions asked. here....the yebhi.com has a court that announces its decision if they shud refund or not. They have no intention to retain the customer. They simply trap customers into transaction thru false promise and then announce their decisions thru the yebhi.com court.
Frustrating experience with yebhi. never even think about buying something on this website.
Yebhi.com does not have a toll free number. Customers in trouble have to pay and call. This is yet another tactic by yebhi.com to avoid complaining customers. After wasting 25 to 50 rupees on repeated phone calls, frustrated customers stop calling and let yebhi do what they wish. Yebhi.com is clearly an evil website designed by some evil sole. Both are destined to be doomed soon.
