*Yebhi.com is the only online shopping portal that has disappointed me, I was a very frequent buyer of Yebhi products Bcoz I believed that Champ profile provided me exceptionally good service but its really sad to know that the company is not clear with its terms and Conditions. Dont Trust them when they say that theyre offering a 100 days return policy. Their Champs come and say that Sir/Maam in case you have an issue with the Quality of the Product.
You can Return the product filling a Reverse Pick-up Request with in 100 days. Id Say its all BULLSHIT !!! the last thing I purchased from Yebhi was a pair of Foresters Sandals. Velcro Tape and the stitched threads went off with in 20 days. I dont know what to do if their so called Quality products dont even last for a month. their Quality team came to the conclusion that the product is used. I myself am saying that I have used the product for 20 days and the quality degraded like anything.
I filed a reverse pick up request on 21st day. and they say you have been using the product for very long. Now that is what the life of a Yebhi product is 20 days. Moreover their Customer Relations executive calls me after nearly 2 months and says Ill really appreciate u, if u accept the product. WOW... I am not looking for any appreciations People, all I need is a Quality Product when im spending so many bucks for it. Or make Clear to Your Customers that your In-house products are no less than SCRAP, be it AIVA, FORESTERS, BLANCA, etc. the other thing this guy said was if u dont accept your product send me a confirmation, so that we can add your product to scrap. is this the way to treat Customers ?
You want to build a brand right ??? I assure you "One day youll build a brand that has no customers"!!! and rather than dumping my product Id say dump Your warehouse. Thatll help you get some FAME !!!
