I did not even receive any call from the Yebhi team.
In GOSF time they just took orders but were unable to complete them.
I had orderedLee Cooper Brown Pure Leather - Loafers from https://yebhi.com on 11/12/2013, The promised time for delivery mentioned on the website was 6-8 days. After 8 days I called up the customer care to check the status but they said that they will ship it soon.
(As it was a gift I had to give I wanted the delivery early). After waiting for 13 days I received a mail that they have cancelled the order.
When I called up the customer care, they did not even respond well and simply said they have cancelled the order because they could not procure the item from the vendor. I asked them to transfer the call to senior, the executive simply saidI CANT.
My question is that if the product was not available why did they list it on their website. And instead of informing me earlier, without intimating they cancelled the order after making me wait for 13 days.
I even called earlier and told them that it was a gift and if they cannot deliver it, I will buy it from somewhere else but then they did not inform me.
The worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
