I ordered my product on 27th October, 2012 Order No. YBH 2565381. As per their website , the product should have been delivered within 2-3 working days. However, after 4 days , on inquiring from customer care it was told that due to SALES TAX issue, the product is not delivered. On 6th day , the customer care said , I have to take the product back because it will be delayed further.
However, on 7th day , I got a message saying that the product is out for delivery. Now its been over 10 days and when I try calling the customer care , they only give some random person’s phone number and tell me to co-ordinate with them. When I call them, its said , they are at home and would revert back at earliest. On every phone call I have spend over 10 mins and at the end I get no update on my product. Till now, I am waiting for my product to be delivered.
If I tell them to refund back the money, they say that product will be delivered in next 24 hours. But for yebhi those 24 hours seems never ending.
