It looks like you and your courier partner DTDC , both do not care about customer.

I will share the pathetic, bad and bitter experience with yebhi.com and DTDC in several public blogs and consumer forums, so that customer think twice before purchasing product from your website.

Yebhi.com Yes. I got a call from my home and my father informed me that parcels are getting delivered .
Next time, please return the big , heavy parcels if your local office is unable to home delivery .
For small parcels, letters your franchise can keep those and call us to collect. We will definitely visit your franchise to collect those.
But for larger parcels, please tell them not to take, as home delivery service is unavailable there.
I will also inform YEBHI.COM (merchandise) not to send big parcels via DTDC as home delivery service is not there. Thanks for the help.

My father had received a call from local DTDC franchisee for collecting those parcels .And he also informed that it is not feasible and very difficult to door delivery as my residence is very remote and far from DTDC office.
So, I request DTDC not to take any bookings in PIN-712612 to avoid any further harassment.

I got a call from DTDC , Kolkata.
The person informed that PIN-712612 is not proper serviceable area by DTDC.
There is no authorized office of DTDC and hence there is no infrastructure for delivery. When some items come , local franchise calls the addressee to come and collect the items.
For these DTDC AWB No- X03500516, X03500511, X03500514, X03500517, X03500778, X03500680, we got a call from Local DTDC franchise to come and collect .
But till date, we did not visit to collect, then how were those items marked as "delivered".
This is my actual concern.
If PIN-712612 is not a proper serviceable area , why did you take the article for booking?? Best regards,
