11 days ago I had placed order YBH2327019 on yebhi.com and paid through HDFC Bank Transfer, but they failed to ship my order until now, when spoke to CC they have no clue and said your order number doesn’t exist or wrong order number provided by you, very ridiculous.
I think they want to keep my money for free and their claim of will ship in 48 hours is totally false in my case they took 264 hours and still not shipped my order.
