Not sure why I counted on them again. I spoke to a gentlemen about my last issue and the chap convinced me that it was a one off scenario although series of things went wrong with my order. After lot of thought, I wanted to place my order with them and I figured the coupon balance which I had in my account magically disappeared.
I tried to reach their customer service multiple times, once they hung up the call and twice I couldn’t reach them and they never responded to my emails.I’m not sure, if I will receive the coupon balance back from them or not?...
