I had ordered a product from Yebhi (Order No: YBH2222930) on 23rd of Aug.
The Moment I opened the packet, I realized the product is not working and I initiated a return request very same day and the product was picked up next day early morning.
Made many calls to support and every time I just got the response that request is under process and someone will call me back but except 1 time, no one ever called me back.
Send a mail to the POC for our company Mr. Saurav from sales dept) after 14 days and he called me back immediately saying that he will personally look into the matter and money will be returned within 2-3 days.
No one called me back till 14th of Sept. On 14th I got a call from Mr Gupta(claimed himself from the Refund dept) that they are returning my product because I have opened the box. I don’t understand how can I check the product without opening the box. He also agreed that the point is valid and assured that he will talk to his senior and get back to me in 2 days. I also informed him that I am travelling to Delhi and won’t be available in Hyderabad for next 1.5 weeks
I tried reaching Saurav 2 times on the number from which he called me back but every time someone picked the call and told me that he is busy and will revert back later.(Which never happened till today)
On 21st I get a call from courier guy stating he has the same faulty product and wants to return it. I informed him that I am out of station so he went back.(Clearly shows Mr. Gupta never informed this and returned the product)
On 26th Mr. Gupta calls me up and says that because I have not accepted the product when delivery boy came, they are scrapping it.
• When I asked for the reason why Mr. Gupta never reverted to me(#5), he said his seniors never replied to him so he didn’t had anything to tell me. He also agrees that I have told him that I am out of station but he still sent the product back.
• Mr. Saurav is not reachable. Every time the number I call, I only get a response that he is busy and will revert later which never happened.
• Company claims they have 100 days return policy but item must not be opened. How can I check the product unless I open it? Essentially this means there is no return policy. You can dump anything to customer and we have to follow up with you every time. I have never seen such an unprofessional work where multiple people makes call and there is absolutely no co-ordination between them.
(Mr. Gupta doesnt know who Mr. Saurav is, Mr. Gupta knows that I am out of station still he dispatches the product, Site states that the product is refunded). Even today when we ask Mr. saurav for senior authority e mail to escalate, he just ignores it.
Probably the worst support and the biggest cheaters I have ever seen!
