I purchased an olympus camera on yebhi.com on 23rd nov with order no ybh816362 with a hope of receiving it in 7 days. I planned it as a gift for my wife. Till date 7th dec, i have called 3 times and all the times the customer care guys says " we are sorry for the inconvience, we will look into the matter and ship you asap. Unfortunately today when i called them up, the product has still not shipped. Moreover they say that someone will call you up to follow up, never received any call.
Yebhi is still showing the same product online and says "instock - shipping in 7 days". I really feel cheated that they would be fooling a lot many other customers since they still say that product is available and till yet they have not delivered. When asked on why still the product says instock, their reply is we dont know.
