I purchased few items from yebhi.com. The order status is showing payment failure, where as on the other hand amount has been debited. This is not the first time it is happening, in my previous purchase also I faced the same issue. Once again, today I got the same problem. It is really very frustrating for the customers if the amount gets debited and the page shows order failure. I have raised a ticket for the same but I dont know how time it will take to resolve it. The order was very critical for me. And now I have no option, but to wait for them to process my order. Hope, it won;t take much time.
If thats the case, I wont do any from Yebhi n will recommend everyone the same. I am really very frustrated.
