Yebhi’s lowest price challenge on mobile phones is one of the worst marketing strategy I have seen in the recent times. I called them and informed I am interested in Sony Xperia S and it is available @ 26950 in ebay where as price was 27500 in Yebhi. I got a call from one of their executive Ashwani Jain who said they can offer me a price of 26900/- and I said fair enough. Please call me back in few days to confirm. Then another guy Akshay Sachdev calls up and says it was a mistake and they cannot match prices in ebay as ebay is a deal site.
Edit: As per the systems manager who called me up seeing the review informed that ebay is not part of the challenge and it is mentioned in the Yebhi website. I am improving my rating, but still can’t keep it so high as the customer care executive was educated well about the offers.
