I ordered a product 1 month back. No one responded to me on delay. Shocked to see such pathetic response from such a reputed company. Seems company is bothered about its customer at the least.
I ordered American Tourister bag with an ladies clutch. It has been more than a month I didn’t receive the clutch and bag was not upto the standards as shown on the website.
