Worst online retail experience

I must say of all the online shopping I have done, Yebhi shopping experience has been the worst one so far.


I have been trying to order items on their website - it does not allow me to complete the order. Their payment gateaway is the worst I have come across. I tried it more than 10 times and it does not allow me to even choose the mode of payment. Everytime I click on confirm order, it comes back to me saying there is an error.


I called their CS team and after waiting for 15 minutes, I got to speak to one of the customer advisor, he suggested I should deposit the amount to their Axis bank account which I did immediately (27/07). I have called several times to confirm the same and so far they still cannot tell me if they have received the payment (although I am sure the money was transferred straight away, it was a simple Axis to Axis bank transfer and I have emailed Yebhi the transaction details twice). I have never seen such unprofessionalism and incompetency anywhere in my life, I think even street vendors all over India are more professional and competent than Yebhi.


It has been 10 days since I placed the order (YBH2062177) and paid for the order via Axis net banking. I have spent more than 3 hours on the phone with their appalling CS team and mind you these are ISD calls as I am based in London. I am pretty sure I have actually spent more on calling them than the order value. I have sent several emails(with the last complaint number being (CC12081363697) with no result whatsoever.


I think its time I give up and just think of it as a nightmare. I do not want to speak to any of them as they are not competent enough to help.


To the readers here, all I would say is avoid them at any cost. You do not deserve to be treated like this. You are better off not buying whatever you are buying on their website. All it will do is, increase your blood pressure and annoyance and I guess to an extent you will feel ashamed that it is a business currently operating in India.
